Fitness Kickboxing for Women

 $12 - $15 per class

The Kioko Center, North Andover – Wednesdays 7:30 p.m.

Come join us!  Fitness Kickboxing is a great stress reliever and a fantastic way to stay in shape.  It’s the perfect cross training activity for avid runners, walkers, spinners, steppers or dancers.  It’s also a great way to bring fitness back into your life. 

This 50 minute class is designed for ALL FITNESS LEVELS and consists of a full cardio work out as well as strength and agility training.  You will learn how to safely and properly execute various punches and kicks that will help you achieve maximum muscular and cardiovascular benefits as well as increased coordination and balance. 

Interval Strength Training    

2-5 Participants
On-site / In-home


Interval Strength combines strength building with calorie burning cardio intervals.  Define and strengthen all major muscle groups through different exercises each week.  We replace the traditional “rest” phase with 1-2 minutes of high intensity cardio work.   Class time is 45 minutes.

One-on-one Personal Training

Session times are 1 hour each and are designed specifically to help you achieve your fitness goals.  Minimal equipment is required.
